Tinubu's Reelection Bid Gets Boost as Obidient General, City Boy Movement Unite

In a move aimed at bolstering President Bola Tinubu's chances of reelection in 2027, two prominent support groups, the Obidient General Worldwide Team and the City Boy Movement, have entered into a strategic partnership. This alliance was formalized during a visit by Mr. Ikenna Azomchine, the coordinator of the Obidient General Worldwide Team, to the City Boy Movement's new headquarters in Abuja. Azomchine, speaking to the press after the visit, underscored the importance of this partnership, emphasizing that it is rooted in a shared objective: to garner grassroots support for President Tinubu's reelection bid. He stated, 'We paid a courtesy visit today to the City Boy headquarters. You are all aware of why I made this move; we have observed the president's actions, which were previously subjects of our criticism, and we are now convinced that joining the ruling party is the most viable option.' He further explained that the City Boy Movement has agreed to collaborate with the Obidient General Worldwide Team to support President Tinubu's reelection. Azomchine assured the public that as campaigns commence, the combined forces of the Obidient General Worldwide Team and the City Boy Movement will be actively engaged in vigorous campaigning across the grassroots for President Tinubu. 'Campaigns will start soon, and I want to assure you that we are fully prepared. As the Obidient General, I am declaring that our decision to support President Tinubu has been finalized, and we are committed to ensuring his reelection.' This partnership signifies a significant development in the political landscape as the 2027 elections draw near, with both groups leveraging their influence to sway voters in favor of President Tinubu.
