Boyfriend Arrested After Delta Student Found Stabbed to Death in His Warri Home

A female student has tragically been discovered deceased, reportedly from stab wounds, within her boyfriend's residence in Warri, Delta State. According to accounts from her friends, the victim made a frantic phone call to them, expressing fear that her boyfriend was inflicting harm upon her. Subsequent attempts by her friends to reach her proved futile as their calls went unanswered. When the friends contacted the boyfriend, identified as Adedamola Michael Oyewole, he allegedly denied her presence with him. However, the young woman was later found lifeless in the living room of the same residence, lying in a pool of her own blood, confirming she had been stabbed to death. One friend, who received the distressed call during the alleged assault, shared her grief on X, stating, "She called me. She called me when he started k!lling her and I couldn't do anything. Ahh." She further lamented, "Adedamola has k!lled my friend. Ade has k!lled my baby." Another friend recounted the harrowing sight, writing, "I cannot get the image of her on the floor blood everywhere away from my head. This is actually insane." Following the discovery, Adedamola Michael Oyewole, the boyfriend, has been apprehended by authorities and is currently in detention.
