Homeowners Association Drags RHOA's Eva Marcille to Court Over Alleged Property Breaches

Full Story
Former cast member of the popular reality TV show, Real Housewives of Atlanta, Eva Marcille, is currently embroiled in a legal battle with her homeowners association. The association has initiated a lawsuit against her, citing claims of property maintenance infractions and a substantial sum exceeding $22,000 in outstanding dues and penalties.
Documents obtained by TMZ indicate that the homeowners association alleges Marcille was served multiple notifications concerning her Atlanta residence. The property, reportedly valued at $1.8 million, features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Among the alleged infringements are failures to control weed growth, maintain the lawn through regular mowing, remove inoperable vehicles from the driveway, ensure current vehicle registration, and keep rubbish bins out of public sight.
The association contends that Marcille was provided ample opportunity to rectify these issues but reportedly failed to comply. Consequently, they are now seeking the recovery of the unpaid assessments and fines, in addition to a court order that would compel her to adhere to the maintenance standards stipulated by the neighbourhood. As of the latest reports, Marcille has not yet filed a response to the lawsuit.
