Taraba Teenager Succumbs to Injuries After Alleged Beating by Security Operatives

According to reports, the teenager was beaten by the security operatives, resulting in severe injuries that ultimately led to his demise at the Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo. A Facebook user, Mansur Audu Gashaka, took to social media to condemn the incident and call for justice, stating, 'Injustice to one is Injustice to all. May the gentle soul of our innocent brother rest in peace.' He also drew parallels with a similar incident that occurred months prior, in which a young man named Abdurrahman Akumora was killed by his friend, a fired military officer, over a power bank.
