Governor Yahaya Applauds Peaceful Gombe LG Polls, Impressive Voter Turnout

Gombe State Governor, Inuwa Yahaya, on Saturday, lauded the orderly process of the local government elections held across the state. The governor made these remarks shortly after casting his ballot at his polling unit located within Government Science Secondary School, Gombe. He expressed profound satisfaction with how seamlessly the electoral exercise unfolded, praising citizens for their enthusiastic participation in fulfilling their civic duties.
Governor Yahaya also extended commendation to the various security outfits, electoral commission officials, and other key stakeholders whose combined efforts ensured the entire process was free of hitches. He urged all residents of the state to maintain calm and order throughout the remainder of the election, underscoring the vital importance of sustained peace and stability within the community.
Furthermore, he advised all political parties and their respective supporters to graciously accept the eventual outcomes of the polls. For any disagreements or grievances, Governor Yahaya stressed the necessity of pursuing resolution strictly through established legal channels.
