In a recent interview with People magazine, where she recreated the cover of her iconic 1995 issue, Stewart shared her thoughts on life after her marriage ended in 1990. Over the years, her perspective on relationships has undergone significant changes. As she put it, 'The older you get, the less you really need a mate, I think. I wouldn’t want to be beleaguered with an older, ill person.' Stewart's active social life is filled with friendships, though she doesn't necessarily engage in traditional dating. 'I've got lots of friends,' she stated, also joking about her tendency to leave parties early, saying, 'They know if they invite me to a party, I'm not going to be there for long.'
