Lady Shares Personal Experience of Being a 'Pick Me' in Relationships

However, she noted that these gestures were rarely reciprocated, with the men in question not making similar efforts to please her. Upon reflection, she realized that her actions were not only unfair to herself but also denied the men the opportunity to make their own efforts in the relationship. This realization has led to a significant change in her approach to relationships, with her now being more mindful of not overdoing things for someone she likes.
