UAE-Based Nigerian Man Publicly Brands Ex-Wife Unfaithful, Warns Suitors

Ugwunwanne Darlington, a Nigerian national residing in the United Arab Emirates, has ignited a social media storm by publicly accusing his estranged wife, Esther Ngozi, of infidelity. Darlington claims that after their wedding, he returned to his base in the UAE, leaving Esther in Owerri, Nigeria. Upon his subsequent return, he alleged that his wife had engaged in extramarital affairs during his absence.

According to Darlington, he challenged Esther to undergo an oath, urging her to "come and swear" that she had not slept with another man while he was abroad. He even offered a sum of one million Naira if she could successfully take the oath. However, he asserts that she declined the challenge, which ultimately led him to terminate their marriage.

Following the dissolution of their union, Ugwunwanne Darlington took to social media to share photographs of his former spouse, issuing a strong warning to other men. He wrote, "if you are a man looking for a lady to marry look at this lady very well she is My Ex wife Esther ngozi xxx her name her Facebook name is Esther xxxxxxxx pastor daughter she is living in Owerri world bank area "After our marriage I go back to My Base UAE she started sleeping with other men in Owerri and her mother support her after I sent her out she started telling people that everything I say is lie I told her come and swear that you didn't sleep with another man why I'm in UAE and take 1 million till now she no come." He further identified her as a "pastor daughter" residing in the World Bank area of Owerri.

Darlington's public accusations have, however, drawn significant criticism from online users. Many questioned whether he himself could swear to have remained faithful during his time in the UAE. Others expressed disapproval of his decision to leave his newlywed wife alone in Nigeria to travel abroad, only to then demand proof of her fidelity upon his return.
