Prince George Marks 13th Birthday with New Official Photo

Kensington Palace recently unveiled a fresh photograph of Prince George in celebration of his 13th birthday. This image of the young royal was made public as he officially entered his teenage years on Wednesday, July 22.

The palace, serving as the official London abode for Kate Middleton and Prince William, shared this picture across its social media platforms, extending birthday wishes with the caption: "Happy 13th birthday, George!" accompanied by a party popper emoji.

Renowned photographer Matt Porteous captured this particular shot following last month's Trooping the Colour event. As the firstborn son of the Prince and Princess of Wales, George holds the position of second in line to the British throne. His birth occurred at 4:24 pm on July 22, 2013, within the private Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital, located in Paddington, London.

Furthermore, the future monarch is set to commence his secondary education at Eton College in September, thereby following the educational path previously taken by his father.
