Fresh court filings obtained by TMZ indicate that two women, who assert they were s3x trafficking victims of Jeffrey Epstein, are now alleging that former Victoria's Secret CEO Les Wexner played a crucial role in enabling Epstein's illicit operations. These two plaintiffs, identified only as Jane Does, have initiated legal proceedings against Wexner. They accuse him of aiding Epstein's alleged crimes by supplying him with financial backing, granting access to his properties, and lending him a veneer of respectability.

The lawsuit, lodged on Thursday, details that both women were minors, aged 17, when they were reportedly s3xually assaulted at Epstein's Manhattan residence on East 71st Street. Furthermore, they claim Wexner acquired this property in 1989 and subsequently transferred it to Epstein for a significantly reduced price.

The legal complaint outlines that the young women were employed to provide massages to Epstein at the aforementioned mansion. Jane Doe 1's affidavit specifies that during one particular session, Epstein allegedly inserted his hand into her underwear, "digitally penetrated her without her consent." The documents further describe her extreme distress, leading her to flee to the bathroom in tears. The lawsuit also asserts that during later visits, Epstein "fondled her breasts" and "groped her genitals" without her consent.

Meanwhile, Jane Doe 2 recounts being compelled to massage Epstein's penis in the presence of other girls, during which he purportedly "touched their breasts and genitals" without their consent. The plaintiffs contend that Epstein's alleged assaults would have been impossible without Wexner's substantial support. They claim Wexner provided Epstein with a minimum of $200 million between 1987 and 2007. Additionally, the legal filings assert that Wexner furnished Epstein with a private aircraft, which was allegedly used to transport his victims.

The Jane Does further allege that Wexner conferred "power and prestige" upon Epstein by appointing him as a trustee and director of The Wexner Foundation. They maintain that the entire trafficking enterprise orchestrated by Epstein could not have thrived without the involvement of the former Victoria's Secret proprietor. The women are seeking unspecified damages, suing Epstein's estate for gender-motivated violence and Wexner for his alleged role in enabling such atrocities.
