Security forces operating under Sector 2 of Operation FANSAN YAMMA successfully intervened to prevent a kidn*pping and secured the release of six individuals from one family within Zamfara State's Tsafe Local Government Area.

According to security sources who spoke with Zagazola Makama, the military personnel acted promptly on credible intelligence received on Saturday, September 26, 2026, concerning an active assault by armed terr*rists who were attempting to abduct the family. Upon receiving the alert, the troops swiftly deployed to the scene.
