Niger State: Hotel Staff Nabbed After Eight Refrigerators Vanish

Police operatives from the Tudun-Wada Division in Niger State have apprehended an individual identified as Elijah Ahmed, residing in the Tunga area near Abdulsalam motor park. The arrest followed a formal complaint detailing the theft of eight refrigerators from a hotel where Mr. Ahmed was employed. According to information released by the Police Public Relations Officer, investigations into the matter led to the recovery of five of the stolen appliances directly from the suspect. It was further revealed during the inquiry that the remaining three refrigerators had been sold off to a local scrap dealer in the vicinity, who is currently evading capture. Authorities have confirmed that Elijah Ahmed has since been arraigned in court to face charges related to the incident.
