Mandara Mountains Boko Haram Terr*rist Surrenders, RPG Seized by Troops

Troops of the Joint Task Force (North East), operating under Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), have reported a significant development in the fight against insurgency. On Wednesday, the 2nd of the month, at approximately 9:20 am, an individual identified as a Boko Haram terr*rist voluntarily surrendered to military personnel in Pulka, Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State.
Initial information gathered from the surrendered operative indicates his previous involvement in activities within the Mandara Mountains axis, a notorious stronghold for terr*rist groups situated along the Nigeria-Cameroon border. Following his surrender, security forces successfully recovered one Rocket-Propelled Grenade (RPG) launcher, a single RPG bomb, and a mobile phone from him.
The military further confirmed that the surrendered terr*rist is currently undergoing preliminary investigation and profiling, in strict adherence to established operational procedures.
