The news of their marriage was widely shared by businessman Isaac Fayose, who extended his felicitations to the newlyweds on social media. Fayose’s post highlighted a unique aspect of their relationship, revealing that Winifred, the bride, is a close friend to Senator Ocheja’s granddaughter.
The couple's white wedding ceremony took place on September 19 in the nation's capital, Abuja. This grand event followed their traditional wedding, which had been held earlier on September 13.
Senator Emmanuel Dangana Ocheja, a distinguished lawyer who transitioned into politics, represented the Kogi East senatorial district during the 7th National Assembly, serving from 2011 to 2015. He is also a known member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
