Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has once again publicly declared his unwavering support for President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.
This commitment was reaffirmed during a recent engagement with the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ajibola Basiru, which took place on Sunday, August 30. During their meeting, Governor Adeleke gave a firm assurance that he would ensure Osun State's electoral support for President Tinubu.
The governor emphasized that he is not one to make unfulfilled promises, highlighting the crucial role of integrity in political conduct. He stated that his dedication to the President was heartfelt and genuine, stressing that his pledge to secure 100 percent of the state's votes for Tinubu was a promise he fully intended to keep.
"I don’t make empty promises," Governor Adeleke stated. "When I said we will deliver Osun State votes to our dear father, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, I meant it 100 per cent. Politics must be with integrity. We are all from Osun State. Let’s forget our differences and work for the President."
