Breasts Re-Grow After Reduction: Woman Considers Second Surgery

Michelle Letlhogonolo, a woman who previously underwent breast reduction surgery in 2025 due to an unusual sudden growth in her breast size, has now revealed that the issue has resurfaced. Her breasts, which were once of normal proportions, unexpectedly grew to an enormous size, necessitating the initial surgical intervention.

This week, Ms. Letlhogonolo disclosed that her breasts have once again re-grown, prompting her to contemplate undergoing a second reduction procedure. She shared her predicament, stating, “Me preparing for a Netflix documentary about how my breast grew in one year and now I want to go for a second breast reduction.”

Medically, the condition where breasts experience excessive and sudden growth is known as gigantomastia. Experts note that this rare phenomenon can be triggered by extreme sensitivities to hormones within the body.
