JAMB Unveils Guide for Tracking Candidate Support Tickets Online

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has provided clear instructions for candidates to monitor the progress of complaints they have lodged through its dedicated online support system. The examination body disseminated this crucial information via an explainer video on Thursday, detailing a five-step process for candidates to access previously created support tickets.

JAMB emphasized that candidates do not need to initiate a new complaint if they wish to ascertain the status of an already submitted issue. Instead, they should utilize the outlined procedure. The first step involves navigating to JAMB's support website, support.jamb.gov.ng. Upon reaching the platform, candidates are directed to the support section.

For those using mobile devices, the process begins by selecting “Ticket/Support” from the available menu. Following this, candidates are to choose the “Access Existing Ticket” option. The next requirement is to input the email address that is associated with their JAMB e-Facility profile. Additionally, candidates must enter any one of their ticket IDs into the designated field located beneath the email entry space.

Once the necessary details have been supplied, candidates are instructed to submit their request. This action will grant them access to their existing ticket. To open and view the details of their complaint, candidates should then click on the ticket ID, which will be prominently displayed in blue.
