Renowned singer Cassie Ventura has achieved a significant legal triumph against former escort Clayton Howard. A federal judge in California has definitively removed Ventura as a defendant from Howard's legal action concerning Sean "Diddy" Combs' alleged "freak off" gatherings. This ruling means Howard cannot refile these specific allegations against Ventura.

However, U.S. District Judge Anne Hwang has granted Howard a two-week window to revise portions of his wider complaint against Combs. Legal documents reviewed by the Daily Mail confirm Judge Hwang's dismissal of Howard's claims of racketeering, s£x trafficking, and human trafficking against Ventura, with prejudice.

Howard initially filed the lawsuit last year, making various accusations of misconduct against Ventura during his time working for her and Diddy. He alleged that Ventura "directly solicited" him multiple times to travel across state lines for commercial s£xual encounters. Furthermore, he claimed that both Ventura and Diddy compensated him for s£xual acts over an eight-year period, commencing in 2009. Ventura consistently denied these allegations, and Judge Hwang ultimately sided with her.

According to Howard, he suffered lasting psychological trauma as a consequence of his alleged interactions with Ventura and Diddy. In his court filings, he described Ventura and Diddy as "toxic individuals" who demonstrated "no regard for others or the law." He asserted that "Ventura was not merely a victim" but actively collaborated with Diddy, "willingly manipulated and exploited others."

Howard's lawsuit detailed how Ventura allegedly pressured him into using illegal drugs, engaging in unprotected s£x, and participating in acts that he claims left him emotionally scarred. He further alleged that Ventura recorded s£xual encounters without his consent, "showed no mercy," and performed nonconsensual acts "during her menstrual cycle against his will." The lawsuit also claimed Ventura convinced him to take MDMA "to lower his inhibitions and facilitate s£xual exploitation." Howard's filing additionally asserted that Diddy and Ventura utilized him "to satisfy their s£xual fetishes and personal ambitions."

Howard also publicly addressed the matter in a TikTok video, reported by Complex, where he accused Ventura and her legal team of orchestrating "a dedicated campaign to try to discredit me, stalk me, and harass me." He criticized Ventura's motion to dismiss, arguing that her attorneys focused on the age of the allegations rather than their substance.

Following this, TMZ reported that Ventura sought court intervention after Howard allegedly posted threats on social media, including statements like, "B****, I’m going to burn you with fire." He reportedly called her a "w****" and declared, "You want to play stupid games, you can win stupid prizes." Ventura's legal representatives accused Howard of harassing and intimidating their client as part of a public campaign.

USA Today revealed that Ventura, in a May 1 court declaration, disclosed that she no longer resides in the United States. She requested the case be transferred from California to New York, citing greater travel convenience. "I am not a resident of the State of California," Ventura stated in her filing. "I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States." Her current country of residence was not disclosed. Meanwhile, Howard's lawsuit against Diddy continues.
