Kano Police React to Severed Manhood Incident, PPRO Speaks on Victim's Condition

According to the Kano State Police Command's spokesperson, CSP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, the police responded swiftly to the incident, arresting the suspect and recovering the sharp knife used in the attack.
