Houston Police Apprehend Man Over Recorded Water Gun Drive-By Assaults

Authorities in Houston have confirmed the arrest of a man accused of orchestrating and filming a series of drive-by attacks using what officials termed a "high-powered, motorized" water gun. The Houston Police Department (HPD) announced that 34-year-old Christopher Cayce is currently facing two counts of assault with bodily injury in connection with these incidents.
Videos purportedly linked to the arrest, which were shared on a Facebook page and verified by HPD, depict several individuals being targeted. These victims were reportedly sprayed in the face or completely soaked while waiting at bus stops, walking on the street, or even sleeping. The police further noted the disturbing detail that some of those targeted included vulnerable members of the community, specifically individuals with disabilities and those experiencing homelessness.
The investigation by the Houston Police Department led to Cayce's apprehension following the dissemination of these video recordings.
