Jay-Jay Okocha Empowers Family with Houses and Businesses

Nigerian football legend, Jay-Jay Okocha, has revealed that he made a deliberate effort to secure the financial future of his family members during the height of his successful football career. In an interview with LongForm podcast, Okocha disclosed that he took steps to empower his family by purchasing houses for them, thereby ensuring they would never have to worry about being homeless. He also stated that he pays the school fees of their children and provides them with startup capital to establish their own businesses. According to Okocha, 'I bought houses for my family so they’ll never be homeless. I pay their children’s school fees and even give them startup capital to start businesses. If they fail after that, it’s none of my business. I have suffered enough, and I can’t keep suffering.' By doing so, he expects them to manage their businesses effectively and provide for their families without relying on him. Okocha's decision to empower his family is a testament to his commitment to their well-being and his desire to create a secure future for them.
