Celebration Church International recently gathered thousands of its members for a concurrent service held across its various campuses in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, Ireland, North America, and Australia. This event served as a period of introspection and appreciation for the initial six months of the year, also signifying a significant new phase in the ministry's thirteen-year existence. Established in Lagos in 2012, Celebration Church International has transformed from a solitary assembly into an expansive global ministry, now boasting 55 campuses and 28 cell churches spread across Africa, Europe, North America, and Australia.

A major development earlier this year saw the church relocate to its Celebr8 Centre HQ, situated on Vori Close in Lagos. This move established the ministry's inaugural permanent global headquarters, concluding over ten years of operations from various temporary locations. The newly acquired facility now functions as the central administrative and ministry hub for its expanding worldwide network.

During the service, Apostle Emmanuel Iren, who is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Celebration Church International, addressed the congregation. He characterized these recent achievements as a chance to contemplate the ministry's path thus far, all while maintaining a sharp focus on its core mission. Apostle Iren stated, "Thirteen years in, and what God has done is worth marking. But we are more interested in what He is about to do. It is a reason to thank forward with greater conviction. The work of building people, strengthening communities and reaching cities is nowhere near finished, and honestly, that is the most exciting thing about where we are right now."

This Thanksgiving gathering aligned with the church's 2026 theme, designated as 'The Ebenezer Year,' which emphasizes recalling divine faithfulness and extending appreciation for divine assistance. Attendees spent the service reflecting on their journey to date, simultaneously anticipating the remainder of the year with heightened hope.

Irrespective of these significant milestones, the church reiterated its unwavering commitment to its foundational principles: sound biblical teaching, robust discipleship programs, comprehensive leadership development, and extensive community outreach initiatives. These tenets have been integral to its operations since its inception.

The upcoming significant event for Celebration Church International, known as Reboot Camp 2026, is scheduled to commence internationally in Toronto, Canada, from September 4th to 6th. Following this, the primary gathering will be hosted in Lagos, Nigeria, between December 3rd and 6th. Both iterations of the camp are anticipated to draw thousands of participants from the diaspora and various global locations.

Celebration Church International (CCI), a non-denominational Christian ministry, was established in 2012 by Apostle Emmanuel Iren. With its main headquarters situated in Lagos, Nigeria, the ministry caters to a membership exceeding 30,000 individuals. It operates through a vast network comprising 55 campuses and 28 cell churches spanning Africa, Europe, North America, and Australia. The church is dedicated to upholding biblical teaching, fostering discipleship, nurturing leadership skills, engaging in community outreach, and pursuing global missions. Its overarching vision is to facilitate an encounter with endless life in Christ Jesus for one billion souls across ten thousand cities.
