Burnham has assured the public that the UK's support for Ukraine will remain 'steadfast and resolute'. In his speech, he also expressed his commitment to bringing respect and teamwork to politics, acknowledging the need for improvement in the country's governance. The new Prime Minister's wife, Marie-France, accompanied him as he entered 10 Downing Street, where he was greeted by staff and began his work in the new role.
