What we know: Biohacker Bryan Johnson Calls 0ral S£x 'Longevity Therapy,' 'Late Night Snacking'

Full Story
Tech billionaire Bryan Johnson, known for his extreme 'biohacking' pursuit of anti-ageing, has once again made headlines with a controversial statement, humorously equating 0ral s£x to 'longevity therapy.' The remark surfaced on X, formerly Twitter, in response to a post by user 'Mateo.' Mateo had written, "Eating p**** not for her pleasure, but for an ample serving of Lactobacilli bacteria to improve my gut health." Johnson then chimed in, stating, "When late night snacking becomes a longevity therapy."
This isn't the first time Johnson has shared intimate details about his life and anti-aging regimen. He previously caused a stir online when he posted, "Just gave Kate oral s£x. Goodnight everyone." Minutes later, he shared what appeared to be official test results for his partner’s vaginal microbiome, boasting that she scored a "100/100" and possessed a vagina in the "top 1% of the world." He further highlighted that her microbiome was 98.7% dominated by Lactobacillus crispatus, a bacterium widely associated with a healthy vaginal environment.
Johnson is also famously strict about his eating schedule, reportedly abstaining from food after 4 pm or 5 pm to optimize his sleep and longevity. Consequently, his recent comment about 0ral s£x being 'late night snacking' led many to joke that it was his workaround for after-hours consumption.
However, medical professionals have since issued a word of caution regarding the notion of using 0ral s£x to enhance gut health. While the vaginal microbiome plays a vital role in reproductive health, doctors emphasize that ingesting Lactobacilli through 0ral s£x is not an officially recognized or efficient method to 'improve' a man’s gut microbiome. Furthermore, it is not a scientifically proven treatment for longevity.
