Reports indicate that Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, may be making a comeback to the acting scene, with an offer for a significant role in an upcoming UK-based production. Before her marriage to Prince Harry, the 45-year-old duchess was widely recognized for her portrayal of lawyer Rachel Zane across seven seasons of the popular American legal drama, Suits.

Following her final episode in 2018 and her integration into the royal family, Meghan put her acting career on hold and has not taken on any regular scripted roles since that time.

According to insider entertainment sources, this offer for a 'top-secret' project in the United Kingdom has been a major factor influencing the couple's reported decision to move back to Britain with their children. Individuals close to the duchess have not refuted these claims, and more details about the production are anticipated to be released soon. Besides this potential UK venture, Meghan is also slated for a self-portrayal cameo alongside Lily Collins and Brie Larson in the upcoming US film, 'Close Personal Friends'.
