Shocking Lewd Act by Intoxicated Woman on American Airlines Flight

Full Story
Passengers aboard an American Airlines flight from Baltimore to Miami last month were reportedly left in disbelief after an intoxicated woman allegedly engaged in a lewd act. The incident, which occurred shortly after takeoff on an evening flight on September 11, involved 46-year-old Katy Inzer.
According to an incident report filed by the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, a fellow passenger alerted a flight attendant that Ms. Inzer had "removed her pants and began to actively masturbate while making inappropriate sounds." When confronted by the flight crew, Inzer ceased the activity, redonned her trousers, and subsequently "fell asleep for the remainder of the flight," the report detailed.
Upon arrival in Florida, law enforcement officers observed Ms. Inzer to have "a strong odor of alcohol beverage and bloodshot eyes." She claimed not to recall the alleged s*xual misconduct, attributing her lack of memory to having "fell asleep."
The incident was initially brought to light by The Smoking Gun, which further noted that the case has been referred to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) due to ambiguities surrounding the jurisdiction of the alleged offense.
The United States Department of Transportation advises individuals who witness s*xual misconduct on an aircraft to "report the incident promptly" to either the flight crew or law enforcement officials at their destination. The FBI, in a statement made last year, reported investigating 104 incidents of s*xual assault and misconduct aboard commercial aircraft during 2024.
