Niger State Police Arrest Teenager for Alleged Rape and Threats Against Minor

A disturbing incident has come to light in Niger State, where a 13-year-old boy, identified as Ibrahim Sani, has been taken into custody by the police. According to reports, on May 14, 2026, at approximately 11am, Sani allegedly lured a 4-year-old girl to a dilapidated building behind Bosso Primary School, where he resides, and subjected her to a horrific ordeal. The victim was then threatened with harm if she disclosed the incident to anyone. Upon receiving the report, the police swiftly responded and transported the young girl to the Police Clinic in Minna for a thorough medical examination. During the investigation, Sani confessed to the crime. The case is currently undergoing further scrutiny and will soon be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for necessary action. The police are working diligently to ensure that justice is served in this shocking and disturbing case.
