Celebrity entrepreneur Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has once again affirmed his controversial assertion regarding the substantial financial prosperity of individuals hailing from Imo State. The socialite had previously generated considerable online discussion after proclaiming that Imo indigenes were exceptionally well-off economically, suggesting others were merely trailing behind them.

In a newly released video, the prominent businessman stood firm on his position, elaborating on the extensive wealth and infrastructural advancement observed in Owerri, the state capital. He highlighted that properties situated in various districts of Owerri command values ranging in the hundreds of millions, and some even reaching billions of naira. Okechukwu further commented on the thriving business environment and robust power generation within the state, maintaining that Owerri has experienced long-term success, a fact that its inhabitants have deliberately kept discreet. "We've been keeping it on a low," he quoted.

Cubana Chief Priest further added that after accumulating riches elsewhere, a significant number of people return to Owerri to enjoy their prosperity. He then proudly emphasized the achievements of individuals from his hometown, stating with conviction: "Our fathers, our forefathers, they no pressure una, but you see this our set, we're doing fantastically well for ourselves. And what we're doing, you guys cannot do. You can only learn from us."
