BBNaija's Ike Onyema Amplifies Attack on Gospel Singer Neon Adejo Over Wife Allegations

Reality television personality, Ike Onyema, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, has once again publicly challenged gospel musician Neon Adejo. Onyema issued a stern caution to the public, urging vigilance against individuals who might exploit religious affiliations to conceal inappropriate conduct. This latest development stems from an ongoing public disagreement involving prominent celebrity photographer David Martins, who previously accused Adejo of engaging in flirtatious behavior with his estranged spouse, Alicia Daniella.

Martins had previously made public private WhatsApp conversations, which he presented as evidence to support his allegations. Among these leaked messages was an alleged chat where Neon Adejo reportedly inquired of Alicia, “Are you missing me?” Ike Onyema, in his recent statements, characterized Neon Adejo as a member of a cohort of "evil men" who manipulate religious texts and the concept of God to mislead people and evade accountability.

Furthermore, Onyema directly advised Neon Adejo’s wife to "drop" the gospel singer without delay, cautioning that her own public humiliation would be imminent if she chose to remain in the relationship. This criticism from Ike follows earlier public revelations where Alicia Daniella accused David Martins of domestic abuse, leading to their marital fallout.

Neon Adejo, in his defense, had stated that he intervened to offer support to Alicia after she reached out to him, allegedly detailing experiences of ‘emotional, verbal, and financial abuse’ within her marriage to David Martins. However, Martins has consistently maintained that Adejo’s supposed "support" transgressed acceptable marital boundaries and was merely a pretext for an illicit affair.
