The actress took to social media, specifically Instagram, to lament what she termed an 'unbearable' aircraft experience, despite paying a premium for her ticket.

Martins questioned the logic of investing a significant amount of money in a business class seat only to find herself in an uncomfortable airplane for an extended international flight. She clarified that her primary motivation for opting for business or first-class travel is not for luxury or aesthetics, but rather for the crucial comfort it provides, especially given her struggles with knee pain.

“If you've been to Canada, you will know it is a very long trip and a knee like mine doesn't deserve any form of discomfort,” she emphasized in her post. Her grievances extended to the absence of a television screen on the aircraft, a feature she likely expected in a premium cabin.
