Frankie Muniz, Paige Muniz Confirm Divorce After Ten Years Together

Renowned "Malcolm in the Middle" star, Frankie Muniz, and his wife, Paige Muniz, have publicly revealed their decision to part ways. The couple made the announcement via social media on July 1, confirming their divorce after a decade-long relationship and seven years of marriage.
The 40-year-old actor, Frankie Muniz, explained that the decision came after a "period of separation that we kept private." In his social media post, he stated, "After 10 beautiful years together, we've grown in ways that made us realize our relationship feels most natural and strong as a deep friendship and as co-parents." He further emphasized their shared commitment to their son, saying, "We share an incredible son who remains the center of our world, and we're both happier, stronger parents because of the love and growth we've shared." Muniz also expressed profound gratitude towards Paige, acknowledging, "endlessly grateful to Paige for everything she's done for me and our family. She put her own dreams on hold so I could chase mine, and she was always my biggest supporter. That foundation of respect and friendship isn't going anywhere."
Despite the dissolution of their marriage, the estranged couple affirmed their intention to "keep building Muniz Racing together and to co-parent our boy with the same teamwork and love we’ve always had." This commitment comes as Muniz, in 2023, reignited his passion for NASCAR racing, returning to stock car racing in the ARCA Menards Series, over a decade after severe racing injuries. He is presently a competitor in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
Initially, the divorce announcement was posted with a video featuring the couple dancing with their 5-year-old son, Mauz Mosley Muniz. However, this post was later taken down. A subsequent post carrying the identical statement was then shared, this time accompanied by a photograph of the family of three.
Reacting to the removal of the video, Paige Muniz commented, "Frankie, I am so sorry that you felt the need to delete an old fun video of our family because people are so cruel to you." She expressed her dismay at public scrutiny, adding, "Divorce is bad, sure - it's not like we’re excited about it… but we're two adults who know how to be on the same team. I can't believe people could scrutinize that."
According to People magazine, their initial meeting occurred in 2016 at a celebrity golf event, where Paige was engaged as a presenter for a golf network. Their engagement was publicly announced in 2018.
