Yul Edochie Advises Husbands: Drop Malice, Prioritise Marital Communication

Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has offered crucial advice to married men regarding their relationships with their wives. Using his X handle (formerly Twitter) this morning, Edochie penned a message urging husbands to avoid harboring ill feelings or grudges against their spouses.
His post stated: "Men, don’t keep malice with your wife. You’re the head of your home. No matter what your wife does to you, have a one on one conversation with her about it, tell her your mind and iron things out. It might be her fault or she could be reacting to something you did to her. You can only find out when you communicate. Weak men avoid difficult conversations. Real men discuss issues no matter how tough they are. Communication is highly essential in marriage."
The actor further reiterated his stance, emphasizing the need for open dialogue within marriages. He repeated his counsel, stating: "Men, don’t keep malice with your wife.
Edochie stressed that engaging in direct discussions, no matter how challenging, is characteristic of "real men," as opposed to "weak men" who shy away from such conversations. He concluded by highlighting communication as an "highly essential" element for a successful marital union.
