Tecno is poised to broaden its Spark 50 smartphone collection in India with an upcoming device set to debut this week. The Spark 50s 5G is scheduled to officially launch on October 16, becoming the newest member of a lineup that already includes the Spark 50 4G, Spark 50, and Spark 50 Pro.

A recent teaser campaign initiated by TECNO Mobile India on October 14, 2026, via their official Twitter handle, announced the impending arrival. The tweet, which read, "Aasmaan ke taare utar aaye zameen par Miliye TECNO SPARK 50S se - 5G Ka Dhurandhar Launching on 16th October, 12 Noon. #TECNOMobile | #Spark50S," confirmed the launch details.

Tecno India has already commenced its promotional activities for the new handset, offering a glimpse into its aesthetic and available hues. The Spark 50s 5G's rear panel shares a striking resemblance to the standard Spark 50, featuring a camera visor positioned at the top. This setup appears to accommodate a lone sensor, mirroring its predecessor. Consumers will have the option to purchase the device in vibrant blue and red variants.

While Tecno has refrained from disclosing any specific technical specifications at this time, further information is anticipated to emerge as the launch date draws nearer.
