While discussing the current administration's economic achievements, Fasua referenced Uber's exit from the Nigerian market. He then attempted to illustrate the continued influx of investments by asserting that Uber had subsequently acquired "Glovo," which he identified as a Nigerian firm specializing in food and other delivery services. Fasua stated, "When Uber was leaving Nigeria, they went and bought Glovo, a Nigerian company that is into food deliveries and other kinds of deliveries. They bought tha company for $16.9 billion."

However, Arise TV anchor Adesuwa Giwa-Osagie promptly interjected to correct the assertion, clarifying that Glovo is, in fact, a Spanish delivery startup and not a Nigerian entity.
