The ongoing public feud between Nigerian singer Peter Okoye, also known as Mr P, and his brother Jude Okoye, has taken a new turn. Peter recently released the fifth part of his video series, where he made some serious allegations against Jude. According to Peter, Jude threatened his life, attempted to take away his property in Atlanta, and lied about their family issues. Peter shared the new video on social media, stating that he wanted to tell the truth and not fight for public opinion. The latest allegations are part of a long-running family feud that has been unfolding publicly over the past week. Peter has been releasing videos detailing his side of the story, while Jude has also responded with his own video. The two brothers have been trading accusations over money, management, and betrayal. In the latest video, Peter talked about a dispute over a property in Atlanta, which he and his twin brother Paul Okoye jointly owned. Peter claimed that he and Paul had agreed to divide their assets in 2014, with Peter taking the Atlanta house and Paul receiving a ₦30 million payment. However, Peter alleged that Jude tried to sell the house without his knowledge and even attempted to slap him when he confronted him. Peter also claimed that Jude threatened to shoot him and presented him with documents to transfer the property to Jude's wife, Ifeoma. The feud between the Okoye brothers started after Peter faced criticism for his comments about Nigerian languages. Peter had said that his children spoke French, and when asked if they also spoke Igbo, he replied, 'And who Naija language help?' The remark sparked backlash on social media, and Peter later apologized. However, he accused his twin brother Paul of using the controversy to publicly ridicule him, leading to the current video series. In the first part of the series, Peter claimed that the P-Square reunion in 2021 was fake and that he only wanted to reconcile with his brothers as a family, not as a music group. In the subsequent parts, Peter talked about financial issues, alleging that he discovered he was no longer a signatory to some company accounts after the reunion. He claimed that over $1.2 million in music royalties had been diverted without his consent and that he had petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. Jude has since responded to Peter's allegations, denying all the claims and stating that many of the issues were already in court. The feud between the Okoye brothers continues to unfold, with both sides trading accusations and counter-accusations.
