President Tinubu has sent 20 trucks of rice to Nigeria’s 36 states and 20 trucks of fertiliser to each state governor to help reduce the current hardship. The Senior Special Assistant to President Tinubu on Community Engagement in the Northwest, Abdullahi Yakasai, has revealed that the federal government distributed 20 trucks of rice to each of the 36 states to mitigate current economic hardships. Speaking on Arise TV on Wednesday, May 13, Yakasai added that the initiative also includes 20 trucks of fertilizer per state, aimed at bolstering local farming efforts. President Tinubu distributed 20 trucks of rice across the 36 states of the federation. Secondly, to cushion the effects of the hardship on farmers, Mr President gave out 20 Trucks again to each of the state governments. In my state for instance, an additional 20 trucks of fertilizer was taken to Kano and distributed to farmers.
