BBNaija winner Ilebaye's father and brother still in police custody while receiving medical treatment
The father and brother of Big Brother Naija All Stars' winner, Ilebaye, are still in police custody while receiving medical treatment after a violent incident at their Abuja home. Ilebaye and her siblings were rescued and are under police protection, also receiving medical treatment. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has revealed that Emmanuel Odiniya, father of Big Brother Naija All Stars’ winner, Ilebaye, is still in custody while receiving medical treatment following a violent incident at their Abuja home on May 9. Ilebaye and her siblings, who were rescued after the incident was reported online, remain under police protection receiving medical treatment, while investigations continue. A statement issued by the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, reads; Following the rescue of Ms. Ilebaye Odiniya (27 yrs) and her two brothers, Godson (14yrs) and Devin (10 yrs), they were rushed to Yabisam Hospital, Lugbe, alongside their father, who also sustained injuries during the confrontation, by the Area Commander Metro, ACP Ufomadu Georglyn. The rescued siblings are currently in police protective custody, contrary to the circulation online, while their father, who is also receiving medical treatment, remains in police custody.
