During a recent visit to the construction site, the singer revealed he purchased the land for ₦4 billion in January 2024. He noted that the property’s market value has already doubled, appreciating to an estimated ₦8 billion. The upcoming residential project will feature a sophisticated four-story structure tailored for his family and career. According to the artist, the architectural layout will dedicate individual floors to himself, his wife Chioma, and their children, ensuring ultimate privacy within the household.
